Tiramisu Espresso Martini

With all the flavours of a classic Tiramisu, this is a dessert lover's dream. Flirty and a little bit feisty, fresh iced espresso ensures a good caffeine-kick while the coffee liqueurs bring a little boozy bacio!

You'll Need: Sage Oracle Jet

Ingredients

  • 1 double shot cold espresso
  • 15 ml Baileys Irish cream
  • 15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 60 ml double cream
  • 60 ml whole milk
  • Ice-cubes
  • Thick chocolate syrup to garnish
  • Lady fingers biscuits to serve
  • Coffee beans to garnish

Instructions

  • Place the cold espresso, Irish cream, Kahlua, cream and milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
  • Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass. Serve with a lady finger biscuit and garnish with coffee beans.
