Ingredients

  • 1 pkt cos lettuce, shredded
  • 250g bocconcini or mozzarella balls
  • 80g coppa ham
  • 100g fresh peas, blanched
  • 80g pickled red onions
  • 1 small pkt radishes, thinly sliced
  • Fresh fennel for garnish
  • Olive oil

Method

  • Layer the shredded lettuce in a serving bowl.
  • Top with mozzarella, peas, pickled onions, radishes, and coppa ham.
  • Scatter fennel leaves generously and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
