Iced Salted Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients
- 60 ml double cream
- 15 ml whole milk
- 1½ tsp caster sugar
- 30 ml salted caramel syrup divided
- Ice-cubes to serve
- 1 medium cold brew shot
- Thick caramel syrup to garnish
- Sea salt flakes to garnish
Instructions
- Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the salted caramel syrup in a measuring jug. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining salted caramel syrup. Top with the caramel mixture and garnish with thick caramel syrup and a pinch of salt flakes to serve.
