Ingredients

3 large ripe plums or nectarines, pitted and sliced
3-4 large exotic tomatoes sliced
Fresh seedless grapes halved
Blueberries
Fresh basil leaves
400g Fresh mozzarella
1 Burrata
Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar to drizzle

Method

Arrange all of your ingredients on a platter and sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
